“Creativity, networking, international contacts and project collaboration. Experience economy and experience management specializing in the management of volunteers. Development and learning space and evaluation of learning processes. Project manager for the development of the Master in Experience Management in Outlying Areas (MOLLY).

My greatest joy is to create new knowledge and new possibilities in a trusting community with others. That’s why I daily ask myself the following: ”How can I involve people from rural areas in a way where they change the awareness about their local community, their own roles and develop the overall potential?””
