What motivates me in my work is the opportunity to be able to make a difference for my colleagues and for the whole CRT. I look at things brightly, am helpful, always in a good mood and love challenges. I am very action-oriented and enjoy the variety of my work day and the flexibility of being able to plan many of my tasks myself. Some of my strongest skills are extensive experience in financial management and administration and that I can keep a lot of balls in the air while maintaining an overview. Well-being, recognition and good cooperation are important parameters in the workplace, and I have been an occupational health and safety representative since 2016
