Creative Communities in rural areas: a case from Bornholm

To introduce and describe the concept of the creative community and to present The Arts and Crafts Association of Bornholm as an example of a creative community and discuss the role of the arts and crafts sector on the Danish Island of Bornholm. The purpose is to suggest public policy measures which can be adapted in different peripheral regions in order to support local development.
