Regional Impacts of State jobs in Denmark – The General Interregional Quantity Model

LINE is an interregional model for Danish municipalities, which is used by regional planning authorities and labour market bodies to analyse and forecast regional economic development. In this paper, LINE is used to examine regional impacts of state jobs for Danish municipalities. Effects on metropolitan and rural municipalites are compared.
